Browns Conclude Strange Preseason With 37-33 Loss In Seattle
It's late. I'm tired. So are you. Anyway, here are the game notes, snap count data, and key observations from the TV View of the Browns performance in Preseason Week 3.
The word strange came to mind all evening. Strange training camp, strange time for a kickoff, strange final score, and the culmination of three weird preseason performances.
The Browns dropped their third and final exhibition game to Seattle in a game loaded with sloppy penalties, big plays from both offenses, and a general feeling of gloom as the game went on past 1AM Eastern time. It felt about as preseason as the preseason can be.

Both teams averaged over five yards per play and combined the two teams totaled 9 explosive plays of 20+ yards. Defense optional, as they say.
The difference in the game was a long 79-yard Seahawks punt return in the second-quarter and some timely kicking.
