Saturday Prospect Spotlight: Another Elite Huskies Receiver
We turn our attention out West to take a look at Washington receiver Denzel Boston.

Another full slate of college football here on Saturday and we had some nice choices for our Saturday Prospect Spotlight. I keep thinking about ways to improve this wide receiver room by infusing more premier talent. We have documented several names so far and today’s focus prospect is a great fit for the Browns need and selection projection. Today’s games are balanced across the board with a Big XII marquee matchup and then two others in both the SEC and B1G. Hopefully you are not too heavily impacted by this YouTube TV vs ESPN battle and can catch most of the action.
Reminder: The Browns have TWO first round picks coming in this year's NFL Draft, each Saturday we will highlight a player worth watching with the Browns’ prospect preferences in mind! Obviously we will focus on the highest-ranked prospects this year because the Browns could have a wide range of outcomes for their pick, but we will expand beyond that scope at times.
It will be impossible to think about the 2026 Cleveland Browns without thinking about who their next quarterback selection could be so that will be a consistent theme of these spotlights throughout the year, but I promise we will branch out in other ways as well.
I thought for today’s focus, we could head out West again and take a look at another in the line of elite Huskies wide receivers as Denzel Boston has dominated through the year and is well worth out attention.

History
Boston is from Puyallup, Washington where he attended Emerald Ridge High School. Following his high school career he ended up ranked as the No. 71 wide receiver in his class and three-star by ESPN and other recruiting services. He chose Washington over Arizona, Arizona State, and Washington State.
He has grown in his time at Washington after sitting behind premier talents like Rome Odunze and Ja’Lynn Polk and flourished across the last two seasons. He earned Honorable Mention All-Big Ten recognition from both coaches and media, was named to the Fall Academic All-Big Ten Team, and received Washington’s Offensive Skill Player of the Year Award at the postseason banquet.
