Silver Lining Performances In Loss To Raiders
Despite the dark shroud around the game, there were still some positive performances in the 20-16 loss in Las Vegas
As we comb through the film and try to process what went wrong in the loss against the Raiders, we are always searching for those positives that will keep you up to date on who played well and who is helping the general cause current struggles.
The start to the Browns 2024 season, now at 1-3, is disappointing as a whole but there are still pieces of the puzzle doing their job despite the collective failure. Here are a few who have stood out in the early portions of studying the All-22 of the Week 4 matchup.
Jerry Jeudy
Another strong week for Jeudy and they have needed his presence badly as Amari Cooper is not meeting the standard. He hauled-in six of his nine total targets on the game and did so on throws outside of his frame and twice on well-adjusted routes in the scramble drill.
Jeudy in the slot is still something I think works really well for this offense and the Browns put him in there for 14 total snaps to his 27 outside. They just need to keep working ways for him to get into the primary read as often as possible. His development and comfort with the process in Cleveland’s offense is the most important part of the wide receiver room moving forward. Good signs again on Sunday.
