There are so many more issues than just the X’s and O’s with Stef. His communication style feels hollow, robotic…neutered. He doesn’t have command of all 3 phases of the game. Not by a long shot. He doesn’t move off of bad coaches quickly enough.
It makes sense to bring most of the coaching staff back to me with just a few tweaks. Hire a new special teams coordinator and a run game coordinator. This has to be one of the least desirable head coaching jobs in a while between the Deshaun Watson situation and the fact that we have 3 starters under contract on offense. We aren’t getting a good candidate. I would give Berry and Stefanski one more year to prove their worth and build the offense around Shedeur. If it doesn’t work, clean house next year and the roster and cap will be in a better situation.
I’m curious to hear what people feel he brings to the table. Calm demeanor? I suppose that has some value. But what else?

Is there a chance to hire Bill Calahan as run game coordinator? He knows it as well as anyone.
