As the Browns move into week two of OTA sessions, a story suggests Joey Bosa as fit in Cleveland. Plus, we examine the potential for a strong young core of the future at wide receiver.
The Browns have completed three OTA sessions, with three more practices scheduled this week and four next week to conclude the voluntary offseason. The mandatory minicamp will run from June 9 to 11. Todd Monken and his staff are focused on establishing a strong foundation for 2026, which is a pivotal year, as 2027 could be the year they invest in a franchise quarterback, and the goal has to be to drop said quarterback into a much-improved offensive surrounding cast.
Rookies are now practicing with veterans, leading to more intense, faster-paced sessions. The Browns have moved beyond fundamentals into a competitive phase. Coaches are evaluating players, building chemistry, and beginning to empower players for roles. Close attention will remain on quarterback reps, but nothing will feel concrete until we get to training camp and they introduce some physicality.
