“The Browns have the most penalized offense in football.”
The Browns' motto on offense this year has been “one step forward, three steps back.” Seemingly anytime a successful play happens downfield for the offense or the defense makes a big stop, a yellow flag finds its way onto the grass as a “not so fast” of sorts. The data supports this observation.
