I feel as if the Browns already do let the coaching staff have a seat at the table and don’t think the collaboration they talk about is just corporate double talk. Also, Trent Baalke was famously terrible to work for and a giant a-hole.

You think KS has a lot of control? I do not feel like he did. I think he had quite a bit forced on him.

There are a lot of variables we are just never going to know about, sure. I just don’t get the feeling that there was a lot of daylight them.

Man, Brad… I thoroughly disagree with this framework.

A coach will be a part of the overall organization. The organization as a whole needs to be designed to give the team the best opportunity to succeed.

If the most sought after coaches do not elevate the organization but rather require overhauling it to consider accepting a role here… I think that is the wrong candidate.

We can quibble over opportunities for improvement with the front office, but they have demonstrated continued growth over the past 5 years. The odds of an authoritarian coach coming in and improving on that are terribly low

I am simply pointing out that it felt like Kevin had very little control & that big names are gonna want more of a say.

I don’t disagree with that thought. I don’t generally believe it’s a good idea to give them all of the say
